Movacars Distribution Inc. is a Florida corporation that delivers light packages, fast, across the state. We run our own fleet of small cars and vans from our Winter Park headquarters — and we hold every load to a documented operating standard.
Who We Are
A Florida distribution company.
Movacars Distribution Inc. was incorporated in Florida to do one thing well: deliver light parcels and packages across the state, fast and accountably. We are not a freight broker. We are not a marketplace app. We are a delivery company.
We operate our own fleet of light-duty vehicles — cars and vans, all under 10,000 lbs Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. We dispatch from our own systems. The drivers in our vehicles wear our standards. The Florida operations team in Winter Park stands behind every load.
Our principal place of business is Orlando, Florida. Our headquarters sits at Heritage Park, in the heart of Winter Park.
Our Approach
Discipline before scale.
Most last-mile operators were assembled in reverse — drivers and vehicles first, governance later. Movacars was built in the opposite order. Before our first paid delivery, we drafted and adopted:
- A full library of seventeen operating policies covering safety, privacy, telematics, incident response, accident protocol, FCRA-compliant background checks, information security, cargo handling, and acceptable use.
- A Vehicle Acquisition Policy and a Vehicle Intake protocol defining how every vehicle enters our operating fleet.
- A complete Operations Manual and Forms Pack containing standard operating procedures, registers, and an implementation calendar.
- An institutional-grade legal framework reviewed and hardened against the standards a serious investor or insurer would apply.
This is not packaging. It is the operating system of the company.
Operating Scope
Florida intrastate. Light vehicles only. Parcels, not pallets.
Movacars operates Florida intrastate only, with vehicles having a gross vehicle weight rating not exceeding 10,000 pounds. We do not transport passengers. We do not transport hazardous materials. We do not run interstate freight. We do not move heavy or oversized cargo.
This scope was a deliberate choice. It allows us to concentrate every dollar of investment and every hour of management attention on doing one thing exceptionally well: fast light-package delivery, in Florida, to an institutional standard.
We will expand only when expansion can be matched by the same level of discipline that defines us today.

Movacars is led by a founding team with experience in transportation, technology operations, and regulated services. The Office of the Founders sets the ethical tone of the company. An Operations Representative implements the framework day to day. A General Counsel maintains the policy library and contract architecture.
